MCAN
Terms of Service
Effective date: March 10, 2026. These terms govern access to MCAN as an internal planning and reporting application for maintenance operations.
Permitted use
Users may access MCAN only for authorized planning, execution reporting, KPI review, and administrative functions related to maintenance operations. Access remains subject to email verification, admin approval, and role-based permissions.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity performed through their account. Shared accounts are not permitted unless explicitly approved by the operator.
Operational data
Work plans, remarks, actual hours, leave data, and audit events entered into MCAN may be used for scheduling, operational analysis, compliance review, and management reporting.
Access suspension
The operator may suspend, reject, or revoke access if an account is misused, left unapproved, or no longer needed for operational purposes.
