MCAN

Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 10, 2026. This policy explains how MCAN collects and uses information for authentication, maintenance planning, backlog reporting, and internal operations tracking.

What we collect

MCAN stores account identity data such as name, email address, authentication provider, session records, approval status, and audit events. The application also stores maintenance planning records, remarks, notifications, leave status, KPI rule versions, and imported work-order data used for internal reporting.

How we use your data

Data is used to authenticate users, approve access, assign work, calculate KPI metrics, reconcile imported work-order status, investigate operational issues, and keep an audit trail for administrative actions.

Third-party services

MCAN uses Railway for application hosting, PostgreSQL for data storage, Resend for transactional authentication email, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, and Google OAuth when a user chooses Sign in with Google.

Data retention

Operational records, audit entries, and account access state are retained as needed for business reporting, security review, and system administration. Data may be removed or anonymized when no longer required by the operator.
